Introduction
Council has prepared Amendment C391 to the planning scheme and it is currently on public exhibition. Submissions can be made online here.
The proposed amendment affects land at 73-155 Ash Road Leopold and proposes to rezone the land from Farming Zone to General Residential Zone Schedule 1 with a Design and Development Overlay. A concurrent planning permit application is for a multi-lot subdivision and removal of native vegetation for only the land at 87-127 Ash Road Leopold.
