This Hub and the Community Engagement Team are here to help you plan, implement and execute amazing community engagement for your projects!
We have designed this information hub in a way that makes following our processes easy, complements our ENGAGE Hub and ensures we all are delivering the best quality CE to our organisation and our community.
For those who would like to know more about community engagement at the City, our two key guiding documents are the Local Government Act 2020 and our Community Engagement Policy.

Ready to get started?
Lets start with our Engagement Plan, the template can be found here. This document is a great resource to help identify risks and opportunities for your project.
Register your project in our Engagement calendar on the ENGAGE Hub, this helps us plan our schedule of works and allows us to see what else is going out at around the same time.
When ready to start creating your page, pop back on to the ENGAGE Hub and register your project, this will notify the community engagement team to launch your page for you.
Finally hop onto this link to learn more about the process (how to log on to the platform, create your page, things to think about when planning your engagement). You will need Director approval for any pages to go live, please consider this in your planning.
