Information about Community drop in sessions

Drop in sessions provide the community with an opportunity to discuss their concerns and ideas for Hamlyn Park with staff from the City of Greater Geelong that will help inform the draft master plan.

Posters of a reserve map and ipads will be available for the community to contribute at these sessions.

Covid Safe arrangements

As numbers are limited to comply with our Covid Safe plan, you will need to register to attend.

If you are feeling unwell or have any flu like symptoms, please do not attend and instead use one of the online tools or get in contact with the project team via email or phone.

Please note that face-to-face activities must align with Victorian Government public health advice. In the event that the current public health restrictions are altered, the sessions may need to be rescheduled.
