Welcome

This project has now closed for feedback. Thank you to everyone who provided valuable contributions.

The City of Greater Geelong is seeking input from the community and user groups on how active travel can be considered in our Integrated Transport Strategy, which will set the long-term vision and directions for transport decision making across Greater Geelong.

This engagement phase will help inform the development of the Integrated Transport Strategy which will be drafted and presented to the community for feedback in early 2026.

The Integrated Transport Strategy aims to deliver a vision, objectives and actions for the City to deliver and advocate for in order to meet the evolving needs of our growing community.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the first phase of engagement that considered all modes of transport more broadly, all responses have been collated in the summary report below and will be considered during the development of the strategy.

This second phase of engagement is focusing on opportunities to improve and encourage active travel for local trips, the City is also seeking input from the community and user groups on proposed changes to the Principal Bicycle Network.

Your feedback is important to us. We are taking feedback from the 11 April 2025 to 22 May 2025.
