Let's play the name game!

The Geelong Youth Hub is coming soon and it needs a name!

If you’re 12-25 years old and live in Greater Geelong, we want to hear your ideas on what you think it should be called and why.

The hub will be located at Busport on the corner of Gheringhap St and Transit Pl, Geelong. It will be a fun, welcoming and inclusive space for young people to hang out, have a feed, access programs and connect with support services.

The Geelong Youth Hub is being made possible thanks to funding from the Victorian Government and is expected to open in early 2025 for a two-year pilot program.

Read all about what we heard during Stage 1 engagement when we spoke with young people, youth service providers, parents, teachers, and the local community to inform the design of the Geelong Youth Hub’s governance and operational models, location, and the physical space for the hub.
