The personal information and feedback (collectively the Data) requested on this page is being collected by City of Greater Geelong (City) for the purpose of the Swim, Sport and Leisure Branding Survey, and any other directly related purpose (Project).

A de-identified engagement summary report may be published on our website.

If your personal information is not collected, the Project may not be able to be adequately conducted, and the City may not be able to contact you for further questions or to find solutions.

In order to collect and conduct in depth and detailed analysis of the Data for the purposes of the Project, the City will disclose the Data (including your personal information if provided) to its third-party service providers, including Social Pinpoint Pty Ltd, Converlens Pty Ltd and Amazon Web Services.

Other than as stated above, your personal information will not be disclosed to any external party without your consent, except as required or authorised by law.

By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is the Greater Geelong City Council.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3. Entry into the competition is limited to one entry per person.
4. Entry is open to persons 18 years of age and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Any winner the Promoter discovers is under 18 will be automatically disqualified.
5. To enter this competition, you must complete the Aquatics & Fitness Centre Survey.
6. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the competition repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
8. The competition commences at 9.00am on Monday 2 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 29 March 2026.
9. One winner will be determined by draw and will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
10. The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at Wurriki Nyal, Mercer Street, Geelong on Tuesday 31 March 2026.
11. The prize winner will be notified via email or phone. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive.
12. The prize will be deemed unclaimed if it is not collected as and when directed by the Promoter.
13. A further draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place at the same place as the competition draw, but this is subject to change.
14. If this competition is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• (a) to disqualify any entrant; or
• (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.

1. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including but not limited to:

• (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
• (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third‑party interference;
• (c) any entry, prize or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
• (d) any variation in prize value from that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
• (e) any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by an entrant or winner; or
• (f) use of the prize.
