Feedback on the Blue Waters Lake Draft Master plan is now closed.

This stage of community engagement was to seek your feedback on the draft Master plan, we asked if we 'Have we captured your thoughts; have we missed anything' from the first round of engagement.

Community feedback is a vital part of our planning. It helps us make decisions to ensure the Blue Waters Lake Reserve remains a natural, beautiful, and inviting place that meets the needs of the local community.

All feedback received has been considered, with the final Master plan being presented to Council in the later half of 2022 for adoption.

The Master plan will then be implemented through a series of events over several years.

The submissions received in Stage 2 indicated that over 90 per cent of respondents were ‘very satisfied’ or 'somewhat satisfied’ with the master plan.

When asked 'To what extent does the draft Blue Waters Lake Reserve Master Plan reflect the future aspirations of the local area' - over 92 per cent indicated that the plan ‘strongly represents’ or 'somewhat represents’ future aspirations.
