An action from the Community Strengthening Department’s Employee Engagement Survey was to undertake a skills audit across the department – identify 'go-to' people for key systems, tools and advice.

Your individual responses will remain confidential. We will share a summary report highlighting overall strengths and areas for development, as well as noting who is willing to be a 'go-to' person for specific skill areas.

The audit is designed to:

  • Map specialist skills across the team.
  • Identify internal experts or 'go-to' people for specific tasks, systems, or knowledge areas.
  • Support peer learning, and workload distribution.
  • Enhance visibility of hidden or underutilised capabilities.
  • Identify gaps within the Department and opportunities for development.
  • Align individual capabilities with organisational goals.
