Help us improve how you receive rates notices

Currently, most of our rate notices are sent by mail, which comes with significant operational costs for the City. By encouraging more residents to switch to digital notices – and making that experience as simple and hassle-free as possible – we can reduce costs and reinvest those savings into the services and improvements that matter most to our community.

To do this effectively, we need your input. We want to better understand what might be holding people back from going digital and what would make the switch more appealing. Your insights will directly shape how we improve our communication, streamline the process and enhance the online experience.

Together, we can create a smarter, more sustainable way forward.


  • Drop-in session

    Our Customer Experience team will be attending the Community Conversation Event to be held at The Nest Youth Hub (17 Gheringhap Street, Geelong) 4:30–6:30 pm on 14 May. Please come along to meet the team and Have Your Say about your City of Greater Geelong Rate Notice.
