UPDATE - November 2025

At its meeting on Tuesday 28 October 2025, Council resolved to declare a Special Charge scheme to seal Elgin Street, Drysdale.

A Levy Notice was sent to all benefitting property owners on Wednesday 29 October 2025. This is not the invoice. Invoices will be sent within the next 12 months.

Under section 185 of the Local Government Act 1989, property owners have 30 days from the date of the notice to apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) for a review of this decision.

At the end of this review period, we will contact you to advise of the outcome and outline the next steps.
