Join us in your neighbourhood!

We have listened to your feedback and understand that you would like us to see us in your neighbourhood. That’s why our staff and local councillors are visiting communities right across Geelong to connect with you.

These visits are about listening, learning, and working together. Whether you have ideas, questions, or simply want to chat, we want to hear from you and be part of the conversations that shape Geelong’s future.

Our customer service team will also be able to help with queries and requests on the spot.

Our team can:

  • Log service requests
  • Organise your rates notices to be sent via email
  • Get help downloading and using our app.
