We have listened to your feedback and understand that you would like us to see us in your neighbourhood. So, we will be visiting communities across Geelong to engage with you directly.

We will be at the Whittington Neighbourhood House on 3 December from 10am - 12pm to chat to our community.

Everyone is welcome to pop in to chat to us about projects happening in the local area and to share feedback.

Cr Melissa Cadwell will also be there to hear about what matters to our community and hear your thoughts on local priorities.

Our customer service team will be on hand to help with queries and requests.

They can assist you to:

• Log service requests on the spot
• Organise your rates notices to be sent via email
• Get help downloading and using our app.

Whether you have a question, an idea, or just want to say hello, we’d love to see you there.

We’ve heard your feedback, and we know how important it is for us to be present in your neighbourhood. That’s why, over the next 12 months, we’ll be visiting communities right across Geelong to connect with you directly.
