Pakington Street Urban Design Frameworks – Planning Scheme Amendment C433ggee

Amendment C433ggee is currently on exhibition. The amendment will create more compact, liveable neighbourhoods that are well connected to Central Geelong, and provide new housing, lifestyle and business opportunities. This is a major step towards shaping the future of Pakington Street, Geelong West.

Implementation of the combined Pakington Street Urban Design Frameworks includes rezoning of land and application of overlay controls to areas along Pakington Street, Gordon Avenue and LaTrobe Terrace, Geelong West, as well as updates to local planning provisions.
