Expressions of Interest for Young Parents Connect are now open.

We invite young parents to a fun, engaging and supportive group at The Nest Youth Hub in 2026.

Our aim is to help you connect with other young parents and to provide a space to share experiences, learn and strengthen your ties with the community.

Young Parents Connect (YPC) is a social and community development space for parents and expecting parents aged 18 to 25 who have children under the age of 5.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

All expressions of interest will be contacted with the outcome of their application once the EOI period has closed. We appreciate your interest in joining this group.

    Location: The Nest Youth Hub (17 Gheringhap Street, Geelong)

  • Can I bring my child?

    Yes! If you have a child under 5 years of age, you can bring them to Young Parents Connect.

The personal information and feedback (collectively the Data) requested on this page is being collected by City of Greater Geelong (City) for the purpose of the Young Parents Connect - Expression of Interest, and any other directly related purpose (Project).

A de-identified engagement summary report may be published on our website.

If your personal information is not collected, the Project may not be able to be adequately conducted, and the City may not be able to contact you for further questions or to find solutions.

In order to collect and conduct in depth and detailed analysis of the Data for the purposes of the Project, the City will disclose the Data (including your personal information if provided) to its third-party service providers, including Social Pinpoint Pty Ltd, Converlens Pty Ltd and Amazon Web Services.

Other than as stated above, your personal information will not be disclosed to any external party without your consent, except as required or authorised by law.
