Have your say on the flood study outcomes for north Bellarine

Significant urban development in Bellarine Peninsula's north has led to a new flood study in the growth area.

The Clifton Springs and Drysdale Flood Study will help the City and relevant authorities to better understand the flood risks and stormwater management opportunities in the region. The study area includes Clifton Springs, Drysdale, Curlewis and Bellarine.

During Stage 1 we asked the community to identify flood-prone areas to help confirm our flood modelling. Now, we'd like your feedback on our proposed goals and options.

The outcomes of the study will inform future stormwater management including land use planning, community flood preparedness and emergency response.

The benefits of the study extend beyond stormwater management. It will also provide valuable information on the wider water cycle, environment and social landscape.
