Community Engagement Update
Thank you to all those who contributed to our community engagement in late 2021(stage 2). During the 27 days of community engagement, we received
- 13 comments on the interactive map outlining mitigation and Integrated Water Management (IWM) options;
- 36 phone calls, emails, and letters from the community; and
- 70 online forms about the 1% Annual Exceedance Probability map.
The results of the engagement can be viewed here or via the document library.
We will use the feedback to validate the stormwater study, investigate flood mitigation options and identify IWM opportunities. We will also refine the flood overlays to minimise any unnecessary planning controls being applied to properties.
