If seeking a response/upload that could contain an image

If you are posting an image as part of your comment, by ticking this box, you are confirming you have the permission of the photographer and any person appearing in the image. You are agreeing to the City's Social Media Guidelines and you are aware of your responsibilities.

The City's XXXX department may use the image provided for the purposes of the XXXX project or any other directly related purpose.


Naming of Images

If you are happy to share your image for other officers to use, please name it with a generic name - example 'tree" rather than "Eucalyptus at Mount Pleasant".


Image Sizing

Images which should generally be optimised for the web and not exceed 1MB in size. Refer to the HIVE's guide.


Image Storage

There is a capacity on our storage in our file library - so if you have uploaded an image and decide not to use, please delete.


Images during COVID

If display images during Covid and no masks are worn (could be old photo's) - disclaimer

Photos were taken safely within homes by a household bubble, are screen shots from zooms sessions, were taken prior to pandemic or have come from stock images.

Images were taken prior to COVID-19 social distancing requirements.
