Please touch base with your Comms officer about any other comms support needs you have including media releases or briefings, development of key messages, etc.

It’s also worth letting them know if there are any ‘red flags’ they should be aware of. They have been added as an editor of your HYS page and we will let you know when you should ask them to review the page.

Marketing & Advertising - Consider what supporting material you will provide to assist community members and stakeholders to make a meaningful contribution to this engagement. Also think about how you will promote the engagement (e.g. advertising, QR codes, signage, letterbox drop/mailout, posters/flyers/postcards). Have a chat to Sarah Breen and complete the Marketing requests form asap. Contact Rima Taylor for press placement requirements (for most requests there is a minimum lead time of three weeks).
