Formal Submission

Your submission will be progressed in accordance with Councils 'Approval Procedure for Open Space Projects'.

We encourage you read the Approval Procedure for Open Space Project Council Policy prior to completing your submission. You will be required to include your name, postal address, a contact number, email address and details of your submission.

If your submission is in objection to the District Ride Centre being locating within Kingston Park, a mediation/information sharing meeting may be conducted to provide all parties to become better informed about the detail of the project and the matters of dispute.

If an objector decides to withdraw their objection, confirmation will be sought in writing and must be received within ten (10) days of the date of the meeting. If matters are not resolved at the end of a mediation meeting the objector will have the chance to proceed to a Panel Hearing and present their objections to the project there.
