Information about Conversation Circles

Conversation Circles provide the community with an opportunity to discuss their feedback on a specific topic/section of the Interim Final South Geelong Urban Design Framework (UDF) with staff from the City of Greater Geelong. All feedback received will be considered in finalising the UDF.

Sessions are capped at 25 people for in person session and online sessions at 11 people to ensure we hear from every one. Additional sessions will become available if required.

Please note for in person sessions.

All community members over the age of 18 will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or have a medical exemption, to enter our in person sessions.

It is a Victorian Government requirement that venues view and confirm the vaccination status of visitors before they enter.

If you don’t meet these requirements, and would like to provide feedback on the project, please join us in the online session or contact the officer listed in the contact details section on the HYS page.
