Welcome
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on the Eat Well, Live Well toolkit between April and May 2022. An Engagement Findings Report is now available in the Document Library on this page.
All of the foods and drinks you consume work together to help you feel good, be active and maintain your health as you grow and age. We’ve created a healthy eating toolkit to help you and your family develop healthy and sustainable eating patterns, habits and skills.
You are invited to take part in a survey about our Eat Well, Live Well toolkit. Your responses will help us to assess the community’s satisfaction with the resource and if it changed your knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour about healthy eating.
This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete in full – some of the questions are optional.
Provide your contact details at the end of the survey for a chance to win a 75-minute consultation and personal nutrition plan with The Passionate Nutritionist (valued at $130).

Request a hard copy
You can request hard copies of the Eat Well, Live Well booklet by filling out our online order form or calling Customer Service on 5272 5272. Community groups and organisations are also encouraged to request larger quantities for their members and clients.

Eat Well, Live Well booklets are now available in five additional languages - Arabic, Dari, Karen, Tamil and Swahili - to better support the health and wellbeing of our diverse community.
