October 2025

At the meeting on 28 October 2025, the Council requested the Chief Executive Officer to prepare a report to Council, by March 2026 outlining the feasibility of alternative future uses for 21-25 Oakden Road Drysdale, including consideration to open space, parking, and alternative housing, to inform Council’s consideration of the proposed sale of the land.

March 2026

At its meeting on 24 March 2026, the Council noted the assessment outcomes for the feasibility of alternative uses including consideration to open space, parking, and alternative housing as outlined in the Council resolution of 28 October 2025, and approved the sale of 21-25 Oakden Road Drysdale.
