The City of Greater Geelong would like to inform residents that from the Tuesday 20 January - Sunday 15 March, 2026 your household may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

They have been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of the council. Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils. The survey has been designed to assess the performance of the City of Greater Geelong across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.

This is the first interviewing wave of three across the coming year. The survey will involve 500 interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.

We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.

Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with the City of Greater Geelong.

If you have any questions, please contact us or go to the statewide survey.
