All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared with the City – we only see the overall results.

We will post information about these surveys below so that you can be confident the person you are speaking to, or have received an email from, is who they say they are.

The personal information requested by the National Field Services is being collected on behalf of the City of Greater Geelong for the purpose of measuring the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months or any other directly related purpose. If the personal information is not collected, we may not be able to contact you for further questions or solutions. Your personal information will only be disclosed to carry out a deeper analysis of the data* or as required to do so by law. Our privacy policy is available on our website.
