From time to time the City, or market research agencies working on our behalf, may contact you to conduct a community or customer satisfaction survey.
All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared with the City – we only see the overall results.
We will post information about these surveys below so that you can be confident the person you are speaking to, or have received an email from, is who they say they are.
The City has engaged customer service benchmarking specialists, CSBA to conduct an email survey on customer satisfaction. Customers who have contacted the City over the past three months may recive a suvey via email.
The survey will be conducted in April 2024.

The Victorian Government undertakes a survey on behalf of local councils to measure the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months.
The survey occurs quarterly and involves a total of 600 telephone interviews, conducted by an independent research agency.
The next quarter surveys will be conducted between 30 May – 30 June, 2024.
If you receive a phone call, we encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your feedback.
