From time to time the City, or market research agencies working on our behalf, may contact you to conduct a community or customer satisfaction survey.
All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared with the City – we only see the overall results.
We will post information about these surveys below so that you can be confident the person you are speaking to, or have received an email from, is who they say they are.
The Victorian Government undertakes a survey on behalf of local councils to measure the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months.
The survey occurs quarterly and involves a total of 600 telephone interviews, conducted by an independent research agency.
The next quarter surveys will be conducted between 20 January to 16 March, 2025.
If you receive a phone call, we encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your feedback.
The personal information requested by the National Field Services is being collected on behalf of the City of Greater Geelong for the purpose of measuring the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months or any other directly related purpose.
